Don Eddie's Kitchen serves scratch-made Cuban American food with influences from throughout Latin America. Our menu is rooted in Chef Eddie Estevez's Cuban heritage while incorporating flavors and techniques inspired by South Florida, Venezuela, Peru, Argentina and Spain. From our award-winning Cubano and signature sandwiches to burgers, bowls, loaded fries, empanadas and croquetas, our goal is to deliver A Cuban American Experience with every meal.

Don Eddie's Kitchen is a food truck located at the Sunoco at George Bush Boulevard and Federal Highway in Delray Beach, Florida. We offer outdoor seating as well as takeout and online ordering.

We're best known for our award-winning Cubano, made with mojo roast pork, house-cured ham, Swiss cheese, homemade mustard and house-made pickles, pressed on authentic Cuban bread. Our menu also features popular favorites such as the Little Havana Chicken sandwich, Pan con Bistec/Picanha Sandwich, Guava BBQ Bacon Burger, bowls, loaded fries and traditional Cuban snacks like croquetas and empanadas.

At Don Eddie's Kitchen, scratch-made isn't just a marketing phrase—it's how we cook. We put extra care into the details that many restaurants buy ready-made. We cure our own ham, make our mustard, pickles and ketchup in-house, blend our own beef for our burgers, and prepare our signature sauces from scratch. Our mojo pork is slow-cooked, and our recipes draw from Chef Eddie's Cuban American roots along with flavors and techniques from across Latin America and Spain.

Yes. Catering is a major part of what we do. Don Eddie's Kitchen offers catering for office lunches, corporate events, birthdays, weddings, showers, private celebrations and other gatherings. Options range from boxed lunches and appetizer platters to full Cuban American meals, paella and live cooking experiences.

Absolutely. We offer office and corporate catering throughout Palm Beach County, including boxed lunches, sandwich options, bowls, appetizer packages and hot-food catering. We can accommodate everything from a small team lunch to larger company meetings, employee events and corporate celebrations.

We're based in Delray Beach and cater throughout Palm Beach County, including Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Lake Worth, West Palm Beach, Wellington and surrounding communities. We're also available for select events throughout South Florida, including Broward and Miami-Dade counties. Delivery or travel charges may vary depending on the location and type of event.

Yes. Paella is one of our signature catering specialties. We offer Seafood Paella, Meat Paella and Paella Mixta, as well as our Live Paella Party Experience, where the paella becomes part of the entertainment as well as the meal. It's a great option for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, backyard parties and other celebrations.

Our Live Paella Party Experience brings the cooking directly to your event. Chef Eddie prepares the paella on-site so guests can watch the dish come together while enjoying the aromas, colors and experience of freshly prepared paella. It's dinner and a show—and one of our favorite ways to cater a celebration.

The more notice you can give us, the better—especially for larger events, weekends and live paella experiences. Smaller office and corporate catering orders may be possible with shorter notice depending on availability. For larger events, we recommend contacting us as early as possible so we can reserve your date and plan the menu with you.

Many of our catering menus can be customized to accommodate different preferences and dietary needs. We offer options that can work for vegetarian guests, and our Little Havana Chicken is prepared using Halal chicken. Because ingredients and preparation requirements vary, please let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies when placing your order so we can discuss the available options.

Yes. You can order online for pickup and delivery directly through our website. Availability and delivery areas may vary depending on your location. Our website makes it easy to browse the current menu, place an order and choose the ordering option that's best for you.

Yes. Although we're a food truck, we have an outdoor dining area with tables and seating where guests can enjoy their food right at Don Eddie's Kitchen. Takeout and delivery are also available if you'd rather enjoy your meal elsewhere.
