Everyone must come and try the authentic Cuban cuisine at Don Eddie's. It's a food truck and it doesn't look like much but they serve delicious comfort foods and they cater!!! I went with my husband and stayed in the car. He brought the Cubans sandwiches because we had antojos. They came with fried plantains and the presentation is beautifully wrapped in white box with their logo. The price was right too!!

This is what a Cuban Sandwich should be! It's the best we've ever had. My husband and I have traveled 46 of the 50 states and have tried a Cuban Sandwich whenever we have seen them on a menu. This definitely tops them all! The fried plantains were amazing also! We will definitely be back when visiting Delray Beach in the future. Steve and Karen

Delicious. Cubano satisfied my very picky husband, tequeños were a new favorite for my kid, and I loved the rice bowl with pork and mango habañero sauce. Portions were generous and the food was freshly made and quick. Mildly concerning to be in the Sunoco parking lot and have some big old trucks pulling in kind of close, but I'd happily take that risk for that food any day.
